About Lance

Lance is an Agricultural & Commercial Loan Officer for Security Bank. He is a native of Parkston, SD where he grew up on the family farm. He furthered his education at Southwest State University, now known as Southwest Minnesota State, in Marshall, MN with a focus on Business. Lance has 20+ years of lending and banking experience, with 8+ years at Security Bank.

Lance currently lives in Tea, SD, and is married to his wife, Laura, and they have three children. They stay active by volunteering, attending, and or chasing their children with various activities. Lance is still active with the family farm back in Parkston, SD, and takes a primary interest in the cow/calf operation. You may see Lance out and about attending area bull sales along with local ag farm shows and seminars.
